Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and includes the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.Prepares candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.Discusses hiring needs with department/branch managers to prepare and implement recruitment program.Attends and represents the company at college career days and other recruitment events.Corresponds with job applicants to notify them of employment consideration.Projects yearly recruitment expenditures for budgetary control.Performs all other duties as assigned.Travel up to 50%. Job Description: We are looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our team! Basic Job Description: Performs skilled tasks related to diesel engines and various types of trucks, tractors, and power pack units. Mechanical and hydraulic repair, maintenance, and installation of various types of equipment will be required at times. Typically said is equipment is powered by a diesel engine and HPU or driven from a tractor PTO. Our primary focus has been to support our clients in the capillary and coil tubing markets. However, we support other markets and needs as they emerge. In your primary role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, assembly, and testing of capillary and coil tubing products and assisting the commission of customer equipment. Tasks may not always be rigidly defined and some adaptability is required.
